6 week refusing bottle!

Every feed is usually perfect, she takes it well and winds well. Except for the first feed in the morning. It’s usually between 6-7am and she’s always asking for it with all the same signs as usual. But when I give it to her she seems to struggle with it and constantly pushes the bottle out and cries when the bottle is in her mouth. The second I stop she’s starts crying and showing the signs of hunger again. She has two sucks of her bottle then starts pushing it out again. She does this for an entire 4 ounces and it takes an hour minimum to feed her in the morning. I’ve tried winding her and nothing! Has anyone else had this? What can I do??

Sounds like a sore throat, which is often worst when we just wake up. Hopefully she'll be better in a few days.
