I'm combination feeding. Mainly formula with a bit of breast milk in the morning and evening. I've noticed she will go a day without a dirty nappy, then the next day have a huge dirty nappy.....I mean huge, I will have to change her 3 times as it just keeps coming and coming and it's often very runny. I massage her belly and do some baby yoga to try and stimulate things. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Is the formula making her constipated? Sorry guys but I'm a new mum so all this is new to me. Thanks
