DS is 8 weeks soon, we are combination feeding.
Just wondered how much and how often others of a similar age are being fed?
Thanks

That’s a tough one and one that you might need to discuss with a fully trained BFC on one of the Bfing Helplines.

The reason I can’t really help is, if you were Bfing baby takes roughly 25floz in 24 hours no matter how often you feed whereas a ff baby will need roughly 2.5 floz per pound in weight.

Are you worried about baby not getting enough if either?

As much as he wants and as often really is the only answer as it’s so variable. My dd was combination fed at that age and when she had a bottle she had probably 60-90 ml every 4 ish hours. My ds is ebf from the breast so no idea how much but was feeding every 1.5-2 hours at that point.
