Oh im so fed up now
ds was bf until 4.5 months at which stage it was becoming so hard to bf that i switched to ff, i'd been told he had reflux as he was sick alot whilst on the breast, and this got worse when he was on formula.his excema also got worse. i went to see the gp last week and was prescribed soya milk, which turned his poo green and hard and after listening to all of your coments on soya i wanted him straight off it. the dr prescribed pepti, but now hes being sick again help[!!!!

When you say he is being sick a lot, is it just a bit each time or right across the room?

My ds did this for some reason, not every time but often. I know there is medication to treat it, but he was not quite bad enough. If he had a cough, he would bring up the whole bottle, if he'd had something else to eat then the bottle, he sometimes threw up. It was really hard to say when it would happen. I eventually cut out all the milk altogether (he was almost 2 by then, I wish I had done it earlier)

I would go back to the GP. Hope it gets better soon.

My dd2 was sick all the while as a baby, not massive amounts each time but regular, worse after feeds and being mobile made it worse. She kind of just grew out of it around 10 months without any action from me (barring dealing with the washing!). She wasn't in pain, was growing fine so I viewed as a laundry issue rather than a medical one and just sat tight.

the problem is that ashley was in pain until we took him off the normal formula
