Start giving cows milk?

My 10 month old has lost interest in her milk she's having maybe 10oz a day at a push. Do you think it's too early to start giving cow's milk as well

Formula or breastmilk only as main drinks/nutrition until 12 months, cows milk after that only.

I gave the odd drink of cows milk at that age. As long as the main drink remains formula then it should be fine. Add in extra dairy to make up the shortfall. Milk in cereal counts as do yogurts, cheese, etc
