Refusing bottle - is it teething?

My 8 m/o is formula fed and has been having four 7oz bottles a day for a while. She’s eating reasonably well now so drinks slightly less, but today she’s flat out refused her morning bottle, crying and wriggling away whenever I tried to give it to her. She did since eat her porridge, but same thing with the milk when I offered before her nap. Is this a teething thing? It’s hot so I assumed she would be thirsty/hungry after 12 hours asleep and I’m a bit worried about her getting dehydrated.

My 7 m/o has been very off her (breast) milk for 5 or so days, but fine with food. She’s got flaps of skin hanging off her gums and there’s been blood coming from it, and I can now feel the little teeth coming up. So I can only assume the teething is putting her off milk feeding. I always thought it would be the opposite!!

Check her mouth, is it white coated? If so thrush and contact h w or doctor if clear her gums are feeling tender and she could be teething Smile

Interesting, she does have white patches inside her lips, I assumed that was just from chewing/teething but maybe it is thrush.
