hi all
ds is nearly 8 months. have been doing the odd expressed feed to give me a break every since he was about 2 weeks old. used a single pump and this worked well as it was just to top up with a bottle or so here and there.
have recently night weaned him (having previously been up most of the night comfort feeding him to sleep) and so I am currently needing to express overnight for comfort. will also want to express when I'm back at work in a few months.
as a result I just bought a double pump (medela swing maxi) to save time. I'm finding it much more efficient for my right side and it's pumping more than ever in a quicker time but the left side is barely producing any. my left side has always been the lesser of the two so to speak but it seems much less in comparison to the right than I'm used to.
has anyone else found this with a double pump? is there anything i can do to improve this?
