Hi! I am leaving my 3 month old with his nan in a couple of weeks and will be away from him for a good 6 hours. I’ll leave him with plenty of expressed milk so no issues there. The problem is, I won’t be able to express myself whilst I am out. That’s a long period to not empty the jugs! Anyone got any tips for them not to get too full?? Is there anything I can do to prepare??

I never had any issues with missing a feed. Wouldn't be going near any crying babies though!! Often used to leak when I heard one even if I had ds with me!!

You can't really control how full they get. They'll refill at the rate that milk is normally removed. Tbh I'd take a manual pump (unless you are comfortable hand expressing) so you can relieve them if you get uncomfortably engorged. You can just pour the milk away.
