Back to work - how much milk to give?

My baby has just turned 10 months and I am going back to work in a week. He is breastfed and currently would have a breastfeed when he wakes at 6.30/7am (I will keep doing this one), another at some point mid-morning, and another mid afternoon, then one at bedtime (will also keep doing the bedtime one).

He eats breakfast, lunch and dinner and has just recently started sleeping through so takes no milk overnight.

Unsure how much milk he should be offered during the day while I am at work? Should i give formula or cow's milk? He isn't super keen on formula but is easygoing in general so may adapt quickly. Just not sure if I should cut out either the mid-morning or mid-afternoon feed and replace with a snack?
And then have milk offered in a beaker the other feed. Don't think there is much point in introducing a bottle at this stage?

I wouldn’t bother with a bottle but then both of mine hated them, yours might take to it more easily.

Are you going back full time OP?

Breastmilk or formula until he’s 12 months. I would get whoever is looking after him to offer milk in a beaker mid morning, lunch, afternoon and dinner if he’s there for it. If he’s eating well it’s not a worry if he doesn’t drink much milk.
No bottles, they should be starting to drink from beakers from 6 months so don’t go backwards!
