Are enhancement pills safe to take whilst breastfeeding?

I didn’t know where to post this thread but I recently purchased enhancement hes and her pills from anne summers just to try out but wondered if it would effect my milk supply or something?
The women at anne summers said that these pills are made out of herbal ingredients rather then anything dangerous otherwise they would not be allowed to sell it over the counter but I’m a bit curious has any bf tried these or shall I just bin them?

It entirely depends on the ingredients. Most supplements will have a label that says if they are safe for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Or just research the individual ingredients for safety. Just because they are ‘safe’ for adult consumption doesn’t mean they are necessarily safe for baby so you’ll have to do some digging. Or just save them for after you stop.

What's an enhancement pill ?
Just because something is herbal does NOT mean it is safe btw. Google the ingredients and ask someone at La Leche League or something.
