Breast abscess

Hello all,
bit of a long one will cut it short. February 2018 i had a breast abscess surgery (i&d) this then for over a month had to be packed and cleaned out everyday. Finally had all this done and had cleared up !! Now hospital phoning to say i need to see a breast surgeon to discuss biopsy results and may have to have further test done. I am freaking out as no one will tell me anything !! Has anyone else gone through this and had a positive consultation. really don't want to go through surgery again.

I haven’t been through it but didn’t want you to unanswered. Have they given you any indication of how long you’ll have to wait before you see the Dr?

Hopefully it will be that the infection is still there, you must be worried though

I am worried. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this. I’m just hoping it’s news about the infection and that it’s all cleared up. Maybe wishful thinking ? X
