Help my 4 Month old doesn’t eat

So my 4 Month old has had this issue after she poo’s she doesn’t eat for hours I only breast feed and she does poo every 3-4 days which is normal. But after I change her she cries for a feed yet she doesn’t latch on properly and continues to cry no matter what I do. I then try to calm her down by either putting her to sleep or putting white noise on which usually does the trick but she soon becomes discomforted.

I am worried she gets pains after poo’ing or is it something babies do? (I am a first time Mum so taking things as it goes)
She usually is a good latcher and I always have a good supply of milk but it’s whenever she poo’s she does not want to eat and this goes on for about 2 hours.

I have made an appointment with the gp but I wanted some advice from you Mum’s is this normal what can I do?

I’ve not heard of this one before OP. Is she in distress when she’s pooing?
