How do I stop breastfeeding a 3.5 year old?

Ok so it's been 3.5 years. It's been lovely but I'm quite wanting to stop now.

He has boobs at bedtime, sometimes during night, morning, sometimes when we get home after nursery.

We co-sleep (something else I want to address) and he's developed a habit of wanting to hold on to boobs to fall asleep. It means my sleep is disrupted.

Help!

Maybe you could cover your whole body in vinegar and she’ll get out of your bed?
(Although nobody else will want to be near you either)

I don’t really mind the cosleeping. Tbh I quite enjoy it while she’s still young and it will eventually come to an end when she’s bigger and not so dependent on me for comfort. So for now it’s not an issue..
