I have my sone who is nearly 9 months. I have breastfed him from the start it wasn’t easy at all to begin with it took about 4weeks to get it right I have loved every single minute of it and have really bonded well. I am so happy I could achieve this it’s not for the faint hearted. Just wanted to say well done to all the mummy’s our there giving it a go you are amazing in what your doing for your little ones, I didn’t want to stop breastfeeding but my son had other ideas so Sad it’s over. Congratulations on 9 monks feeding your little one. It’s torally normal to feel a bit sad, brave yourself for the hormones swirling over what next few weeks. By kind to yourself, you’ve allowed him to set the pace and given him a brilliant start

I can sympathise. We are TTC number 2 after it took ages with DD so have decided to gradually stop breastfeeding. Tonight for the first time she has taken a bottle of formula from DH and gone to sleep. I am sitting here crying feeling so sad that it's coming to an end after almost 6 months. Its hard Sad
