Gulping and choking - help!

Hi,

LO is 3wks old. Bottle fed since birth as medication means I couldn’t breast feed. She’s on Tommie Tippee bottles teat size one, anti colic closer to nature ones. She gulps down her milk, but has started doing it so fast that she’s frequently getting too much in her mouth and choking, which now means she stops feeding, so is getting a lot less milk. Tried teat size 2 on midwife advice, first bottle perfect but the second time we tried it she started overloading / choking again. Tried cheap old school style bottles from Tesco - the same. Is it her or the bottles / teats and what do we do? I can have a midwife visit tomorrow to ask / watch but any mumsnet wisdom?
