Anti reflux milk OR colic & constipation

My 3 month old DS is mainly breastfed, but has one bottle of formula once a day.

He has silent reflux and has been on ranitidine since he was 6 weeks old.
He struggles with wind, both ends and also has difficulty pooing.
He isn't constipated as when he does go its runny but he really strains and gets quite upset when he can't go.

We were on aptamil but I thought that might be causing the poo issues so switched to cow&gate. Still has poo issues but seems windier.

Unsure if I should try a specialist milk? If so, which?

Cow and gate and aptamil are exactly the same, just different marketing budgets and therefore different packaging and prices.

Have you considered hipp organic? Gentle on tummies and I found it to be very helpful for my dds poo issues which sound similar to yours. My dd is also on ranitidine for reflux.
