Hi OP,

My little girl is 6 months now so trying to remember, I think she could take up to 50mls maybe less as she did fall asleep a lot. But I can't actually remember. As long as they are taking 500mls as a minimum over a 24 hour period you're fine. They get vitamin D from formula, but it needs to be over the 500ml mark. If you look at the NHS website it will explain also.

Sorry just to add, I note her feedings during the day as she started sleeping right through at 4 months. So my 50mls was based on my little one being younger than 4 months.

Nothing last bottle at 7pm first at 9am. Drinks 8oz 4times a day

At 4 months, my DD was having one dream feed at 10.30pm. She then slept until 6.30/7.00am. Never cried for her bottle in the morning but always finished it to the last drop when we fed her just after 7.00am.

We kept the dream feed until DD was 8 months.

She has a 5oz bottle at 10.30ish then wakes at 3ish for either another 5oz or a breastfeed.

My 4 month old feeds at 7,9.30,11.30 and can go till 4am with a 6.30am feed on a good night! He was a premie so not sure if that changes things but he tends to have between 50ml up to 120. However last night he was up every 1hr 30 taking between 30ml and 70ml Hmm I'm hoping for a better night tonight Grin
