Hi everyone

I'm cooking sweet potato wedges just now for little one (6mo) and I've made way too much. Can I pop them in fridge once they are cool and reheat tomorrow in oven?

I'm useless when it comes to stuff like this haha x

Yes - no harm at all in that!

Yes that’s fine, or you can freeze them and reheat another day.

I’d leave them in the fridge for up to 48 hours probably.

My DS ate (loose use of the word) them cold today. But he is teething
