Spontaneously cutting out breast feeds...

My 7 month old daughter is now on 3 meals a day, and has started to refuse the breast at 11am. She has breastmilk first thing, followed by cereal and milk, then lunch (incl protein), a 3pm breast feed, dinner at 6 and then a last feed at 8ish. I know she is supposed to have a certain amount of milk a day, but is it normal that she would only have 3 breast feeds at this age? She is having full fat milk on her cereal, and usually a yoghurt every day. Thanks.

Yes it is normal. Do you offer the breast at mealtimes at all? I breastfed with meals and baby asked for feeds inbetween. I found that feeds varied from day to day, but that once breastfeeds had stopped with meals, dd would sometimes nuzzle in for a feed at other times.

Thanks for replying. I was offering breast before all meals when I started weaning, and then she cut out her 6pm feed before dinner, and since I introduced breakfast after breast she no longer takes the 11am feed. She is very happy to have the breast first thing, at 3pm and last thing before sleep, so i guess i should let her dictate!
