Am taking baby to a creche and haven't done it with ebm before. Its not for long and is just in case he gets hungry. So if they don't use it I want to know how long it will last for. I don't want to waste it!

I use one and put 2 bottles in it with 2 x small freezer packs and then ask my childminder to put the bottles in the fridge and the packs in the freezer just incase milk is not drunk and I don't go straight home when I pick up DD. Can you do this?

Incidently, the milk has still been chilly when it's been packed in the bag like that 4 hours later.

thanks for that, I forgot that they probably have a fridge!

you could always do a dry run at home using cows milk in the bottle and just check it every hour and see what you think?
