I need any help or fun ideas to get my little man to eat more than just fruit.
He will very rarely eat a whole plate of food he just wants to snack all day!!
Any mums out there have any ideas!!!

How old is he lara and what do you give him in a typical day? Smile

You'll have to limit the snacks as extras-he's not going to bother about meals if he's not hungry. Also leave a few hours between snack and meal. Fatter that make sure most of what you give is good food and then leave him to it.

Definitely cut out the snacks or significantly cut them down and offer food mainly at mealtimes instead. I would offer meals at mealtimes and sit down to eat with him as much as possible (same foods). Then if he is hungry between meals, a small snack, but like an apple or a few pieces of cheese with a few crackers and water or milk, but not endless snacking. If he's still hungry after that, the next meal time won't be far off. Eventually he'll get in the habit of eating more at meal times because he's hungry.
