Hi,

I know it's rare to get a 'routine' at 8 weeks but for the last week my LO has started their own routine which evolved into 3-4 hours between feeds, taking 5-6oz... couple of 1-2hour naps in daytime and a good 4-5hour sleep at night

However the last couple of days they have started wanting feeding every 2 hours (sometimes less!) taking on 1-2oz... catnapping for 20mins and really active/disturbed sleep at night constantly moaning, chattering, wriggling in their sleep

When they are awake their are not their usual happy go lucky self... is this just a growth spurt? I'm hoping they'll establish their own routine again Grin

I’m not sure there is a growth spurt at 8 weeks. Could it be a developmental leap? Have you got the Wonder Weeks App?

I’d also try to work on the naps. If mine didn’t nap in the day they were usually murder at night. Will they nap for longer if you take them out for a walk or drive or stick them in bed with you?
