Can i use water straight from prep machine instead of cooled boiled water?

Hi, Can i use water straight from the tommee tippee prep machine instead of cooled boiled water, my LO has constipation and was wondering if i can just use it as it would also be perfect temp.

Or does it have to be boiled and cooled.

My Lo is 6 weeks old.

I have in the past with no harm.

I'm not sure about the perfect prep but just wanted to ask if you've been advised by a medical professional to give water because 6 weeks is very young? And if so, I would ask them about cooled boiled vs perfect prep.

My LO is 4 weeks and takes the water from the prep machine. Has done for roughly a week, no problems. HV happy with it. LO was constipated.

So long as baby doesn't start replacing feeds with water and is gaining weight I've been told it's OK.
