Ds has been so good lately. He tends to cluster feed in the eve but i dont mind as he then sleeps 4-6 hours. Im trying to teach him to nap alone in the day so i can get on. Today hes managed 25min. Sigh. He wont get off my boob. Feels like 10min on 10min off. Its relentless. Im meant to be at a baby group this afternoon but feel like its not worth it.

Been tracking feeds since yesterday. Is this normal? Purple is sleep yellow is feeding Hes feeding as i type btw....

Cluster feeding is common during growth spurts.

Probably clustering for a growth spurt, all sounds very normal. I'd just put the feet up and work your way through some Netflix.

Ypu think boycott the group?

Whatever you think you would find less stressful, if you feel like you need the company you can take him along and feed there, or if you'd rather avoid the hassle and sit at home you can do that. Baby group is for you not baby so do whatever works for you!

Funny, my 7weeks-old-tomorrow LG is doing much the same today. She's also not latching very well and is beating me up, I'm guessing because we have thrush Hmm. It didn't strike me as something to worry about, just a bit restrictive!

Madbee · 27/11/2017 13:52

As PP says, do whatever feels best for you re the group Smile

Jellybabie3 · 27/11/2017 15:55

Ok thanks. We went along just to break out. Low and behold we are back and hes on the boob. Hes overtired because hes so fixed on feeding 😒
