Do scabs block milk flow?

Hi,

Nearly 2 weeks ago I had mastitis and also nipple trauma from tongue tied newborn...

The nipple trauma turned into nipple infection which scabbed over (not blister) and after a week this too is getting smaller... my LO was really fussy on this breast but as it unblocked she got better.

Now the scab is there she is back to being fussy on this boob - could it be the scan blocking the amount of milk she’s getting?

Many Thanks

I should add... as the scab is getting smaller and a few days after antibiotics finished... when baby is sucking this breast I get the constant feeling with each suck that bubbles are being drawn out of the beast to the nipple - is this the sensation of the breast unblocking?
