Increasing supply at 2 weeks

Hi, DD is 2 weeks and 5 days, she had her tongue tie cut 4 days ago and now there is much less pain and she can latch on. However, my supply is quite low (I think?) as I wil bf her and then after I feel my boobs empty she will cry, btw for the first to weeks I used a mix of nipple sheild/pumping/formula, I know I didn’t pump/feed enough for a ‘full’ milk supply. So basically hw Can I increase my supply to ebf or nearly ebf.
Thanks Smile

Feed feed feed, it will only take around 3-4 days before your supply starts to respond and catch up. Breasts make milk all the time so even if they feel empty they're not, just keep her on the boob as often as she'll take it

Yep just keep her on the boob as much as she is happy with and wear her in a sling so she is near you all the time to encourage the hormones that increase milk supply. Tbh I think I pretty much constantly fed my ds for the first 6 weeks I honestly considered not wearing a bloody top lol and my mil had helpful comments like “oh he can’t possibly be hungry” if you have any of that just ignore. Oh and make sure you are eating and drinking plenty, irs so easy to for get yourself. Oats are supposed to be good I used this as an excuse to drink tea and eat a lot of flapjacks and oat and raisin cookies.
