How much would you give a day to a 9 month old?

Just fruit? 1 maybe and the rest of the time they would have finger foods, mashed stuff, etc.

I never gave mine fruit pouches, but did sometimes offer those yogurt pouches (no more than one a day, not every day). At 9 months, I would start offering actual fruit. Fist sized pieces of banana, half a plum with stone removed, blueberries or sliced grapes, etc.

We started with solids at 6 months, never did purees. DD suddenly stopped eating and fruit pouches are the only thing that she is guaranteed to eat. Wasn't sure if one of the larger sized pouches would be too much.

At 9 months surely just an actual banana?

DD doesn't like banana
