2 week old ff not pooping

At my wits end. My 2 week old dd2 has gone from pooping 4/5 times a day to not having been in over 24 hours. My dd1 has had tummy issues since birth and is on movicol, she has been since she was 2 months old. I’m beginning to worry that this poor bean is going to be the same. I can’t for the life of me remember if it’s normal for them to sometimes not poop for a few days. Help!

It's not normal - babies of this age, both ff and bf, poo every day, sometimes more often (esp if they are bf). It would be a good idea to call or see your HV about this. Hope he produces soon :)

Thanks. I’ll call my midwife and hope she poops in the meantime.

DS was a bit constipated at that age. We switched to comfort milk and never looked back
