Pregnant and still breast feeding older child

Hi all So I've just turned 20 weeks pregnant (half way there ) and I'm still breastfeeding my 15 month old. It's been going smoothly until recently he's been having more poo's during the day and there very runny. He's been irritable and this morning he woke up with bright red nappy rash. Could this be due to my colostrum coming in? Or is it just a stomach bug? Help!!

I don’t know but I’d be really surprised if it was anything to do with breastfeeding and pregnancy!

I breastfed my DD whilst pregnant with DS (21mo gap) and the pregnancy didn’t seem to affect her at all.
