Breastfeeding Help in Canada

Wondered if any of you who know about it coudl link to a Canadaian breastfeeding group, esp in BC. My SIL had a baby on Monday and is struggling, wants to bf and is doing so, but ti getting very tired and sore and from what she has said I'm not convinced her positioning is right but I cant see to help at all!!!

Its a bit frustrating being so far away and not able to help them out at all, and they are just newly intoa new house and havent got round to internet etc yes (baby came 2 weeks early!!)
