Oversupply and/or reflux - refusing feeds

I've been struggling with milk oversupply and a forceful letdown with my 8 week- old. She often chokes and splutters during the letdown, struggles with wind and is uncomfortable after feeds so I also suspect she could have silent reflux. She has gained weight fairly steadily. The last few days, though, she has been taking really small feeds or sometimes refusing completely. Could she be learning to avoid feeding because it causes her discomfort? Or is this nature's way of reducing my supply? My first baby also used to take only small feeds and it stressed me out no end!
