PLEASE HELP!

I have been struck down with a tummy bug and am feeling terrible. I am excl bf and was wondering if anyone can advise of any medicine I could take to ease the tummy ache and nausea.

I have done a Google search on Pepto-Bismol and it seems that that one isn't really a good choice.

Any help asap would be great. I want to catch the chemist before it shuts.

afraid theres' nothing much you can take for tummy bugs, bf or not

hot water bottle on tummy might help, or trad morning-sickness type anti-nausea tips like eating mints or ginger or sniffing lemons

Don't know but some dioralyte may be good - check to see if okay with bf.

oh yes, diarolyte (def ok with bf) and clear fluids to keep you hydrated of course, but they won't help the pain.
