Hello I'm wondering if anyone can help a bit.
I've been breastfeeding for nearly a year, have had the odd blocked duct/engorged etc especially early on but haven't had any bother for ages.
Recently I've been really sore on one nipple/boob, feels really tender and is uncomfortable to feed on, but I don't think its due to engorgement or mastitis as it's not full feeling at all...
I had thought possibly thrush but read that would be pain on both sides, and not sure if there's any other symptoms.
Any clues as to what it could be or how to relieve it?
