Can anyone give me a heads up on this as the download on their site doesnt work for me. i know it must be straightforward but not sure what to do. what do i do to 'cool' the cooler? i have the tall plastic bottle then a sort of lid thing with two compartments - what are these for? and how do i heat up? thanks

There should be a removable plastic ice pack inside the cooler bit - put in the freezer before using, then when you want to use it, put the ice pack in the middle of the cooler and put a bottle either side; you then fill the plastic "lid" thing with water in each compartment and it fits on top of the ice pack; close the lid of the cooler to keep cool. When ready to heat up, tip one "lid" full of water into the heater bit, put your bottle in the heater (depending on the size of the bottle you're using, you may have to remove the blue plastic ring around the heating bit) and press the power button. It automatically stays heating for 7 mins but depending on how much milk is in your bottles you will probably need less time. You don't need to press the power button "off" once you've finished - just let it turn itself off in its own time. Hope this helps!
