14mo scraping with his teeth

As above and iy it driving me insane. I unlatch and relatch contantly but he still does it. Nipples are really tender and I dread feeding him.luckily he isn't fed much during the day but still feeds on demand in the night.

He won't take a bottle/cup of cows milk or ebm and he still mainly feeds to sleep.

Anyone have any tips?

Is his molar coming through? My 14 months is going through this a bit on the night feed and its because her molars are taking bloody ages to come through.

No advice really but just to say your not alone.

Yes he has two coming through so it must be that. Magic boob doesn't work much more either
