Milk drying up -- Extended BF

My DD is 5, she loves BFing. Lately she's been commenting on how there is no milk when she breastfeeds. This has been a sudden thing, maybe over the last couple of days. The only change has been me taking Vitamin D supplements. She is BFing the same amount as she normally has for the past couple of years.

Is there anything else that would cause me to suddenly stop lactating and is there anything I can do to help it come back?

Are you pregnant? Or have you been reducing your calorie intake at all?

Can't think of any other reasons if she's been feeding as normal though.
I'm not actually sure what happens near to the end of term Breastfeeding with regards to milk supply, I'll see if I can find out Smile

I just found this on Kellymom, are you ok at the moment health-wise?
• "Mom’s health (uncontrolled anemia or hypothyroidism, retained placenta, postpartum hemorrhage…), previous breast surgery/injury, hormonal problems (e.g. PCOS), anatomical problems, medications she is taking (hormonal birth control, sudafed…), or smoking also have the potential to affect milk supply."

I don't think I'm pregnant.

I guess I can bring it up to the doctor and see what he says. We've just done loads of blood tests and everything came back normal, so I don't think it's that.
