Will my milk dry up?

My oh walked out on us on Monday and I'm struggling to eat, I literally have no appetite! I've forced myself to eat a little today. I'm so worried this will affect my milk supply!

I'm sure you will be fine, short term appetite loss shouldn't cause too much of a problem. Just eat when you can manage it. You should probably prepare to feel quite drained if you're not eating but still feeding. I'm sorry this has happened to you.

Thank you, I'm going to go food shopping tomorrow to see what I fancy eating

Flowers for you.

Are you managing fluids?

Thank you, I was just thinking I haven't drunk enough today! I'll be more mindful of it tomorrow!

Milk will be made from nutrients your body has stored,
Have a nice look around the super market, pick all your favourite foods. I'm a big fan of comfort eating and it sounds like you could benefit. 💐
