Hi Breast Feeding

Hello I dare say this question has been asked so many times but I'm going to ask again. I've recently given birth to a wonderful Daughter [in April to be exact] I'm breast feeding and now I'm finding that one of my breasts is far larger than the other! It's a good two inches larger. I'm a D cup naturally, I use a wheelchair so my chest is larger than average. It's becoming noticeable and quite embarrassing. The Clinical Nurses suggested swapping Sophie to my other breast to see if it will increase in size too but this has not happened.

It's getting to such a point my GP is beginning to suggest that once I stop breast feeding I may need surgery to correct the size difference.

Has anyone got a suggestion to how and if its possible to reduce the size

I had very wonky boobs when feeding but they did reasonably normalise once I stopped. My son preferred one side so I used it more and consequently the supply on that side went wild. I don't think it's noticeable now, especially with a good bra.

Thank you that is reassuring

I was lopsided too. DS preferred the left side so that got much bigger. When I started reducing his feeds to wean him I ended up only feeding from one boob. I fed until 19 months too and they aren't different now.
