Is it thrush?

Is it thrush or just due to my daughter thrashing whilst nursing? My nipples are tender and pink but I'm not in pain like I've heard other people describe. Baby has no sign of oral thrush but doctor won't see me until I've used the anti fungal treatment. I don't want to use the treatment on my daughter or me if it's not necessary! Help...

Very hard to tell just from pics but we just had thrush even though HV said I wasn't having 'classic symptoms'. DS did have white patches in his mouth though but I only had shooting pains after a feed. As I didn't have the pain latching on the HV wasn't sure it was thrush.

Red nipples are a symptom, if it was me I'd try the medication as it's safe for you and baby and imo anything to make breastfeeding easier is a win!
