Wriggly baby while bf

My baby is 3 1/2 weeks old and the past week I've been having trouble with him staying latched ! He sucks for a few minutes the starts wriggling. I've tried winding him but doesn't seem to help. Is it just because of his age ? Confused

Could you try feeding him in a different position? Is the latch good before he wriggles off? If he isn't latching well and doesn't get much milk out it may be a sign of frustration?
At 3.5 weeks I would not have thought that it's an age thing, mine didn't get wriggly until much older.
