Finished breastfeeding, sore boobs

It's a week today since I last fed my 5.5 month old. She was down to just feeding at night, one proper feed and then cluster feeding/comfort sucking from 4-6am most nights.

My boobs are still like rocks and really sore if they get knocked/pressed like when my toddler climbs on me!

And I'm dying to wear normal bras again! This is DC4 and I don't remember the bullet boobs lasting this long before! Any idea when they'll go down?!

No sorry, you were obviously feeding much more than you thought!

Have you tried expressing just enough for comfort?

It sounds like your breasts are engorged. Hand expressing should help them to go down.
