Infacol and grumpy baby

We've been giving our DS infacol for the last few days as he's been screaming for several hours each evening. For the last couple of days he's been far grumpier than normal and hasn't really slept during the day. I noticed that infacol has e numbers in -could this be the cause? Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't know about the e numbers but I know that Infacol doesn't suit all babies.

You could try the Dentinox colic drops, similar product but they smell funny. When we tried them on our DD, she went off her milk, but some people swear by them.
