I'm looking for something that tastes nice but isn't full of sugar.

Well, if you don't want something full of sugar then it's probably got to be natural yoghurt Smile

isthistoonosy · 11/07/2017 21:05

We gave full fat natural yoghurt.

BrieOnAnOatcake · 11/07/2017 21:05

we did Greek yoghurt, sometimes added puree.

Still do, they don't like artificalnyoghurt!

RainaBaina · 11/07/2017 21:07

I give my older ones Little Yeos.

I give my baby plain Greek yogurt with mashed fruit stirred in.

moggle · 11/07/2017 21:08

I gave plain natural or Greek yoghurt for as long as I could before she started turning her nose up at it, probably about 21mo. Now she gets little yeos usually. Sometimes plain with a bit of fruit purée but it's the same sugar content really and I've got bigger things to fret about. Natural yoghurt has its own sugar content anyway.

squoosh · 11/07/2017 21:11

Full fat Greek yogurt. If they haven't yet had much sweet food they won't expect it to taste sweet.

Orangedaisy · 11/07/2017 21:11

We went with Yeo valley full fat natural yoghurt in the green pot. DD1 (3) has just started to insist on fruit yoghurt (I think she likes the pots) so we get little yeos or the bigger petit filous-surprisingly the latter has less sugar than little yeos. Think I'm going to alternate between the little pots she likes and natural yoghurt and try to persuade her to take what she's given! Just pleased to be getting the calcium in her tbh, I think it's important even if some on here don't think milk/yoghurt are the right source for this.

strawberrypenguin · 11/07/2017 21:12

Petit Filous now do a 'My First' range with no added sugar. DS2 really liked them

welshweasel · 11/07/2017 21:12

Full fat Greek yogurt at home. Little yeos at nursery. Whatever we can get when out/on holiday!

Thanks all

DD loves Yeo Valley Greek Yoghurt - she takes it plain or sometimes with added fruit purée.

URaflutteringcunt · 13/07/2017 11:46

We love the natural one from The Collective. Really very filling and I mash some fruit in to maleness it interesting.

URaflutteringcunt · 13/07/2017 11:46

*Make it... I dunno what this phone is doing...

Enb76 · 13/07/2017 11:48

Full fat Greek yoghurt - it's still my daughter's favourite and she's 8 now. I managed to mostly avoid sugar until she was past toddlerdom.

OhWifey · 13/07/2017 12:11

Little Yeos, some children's Rachel's Organic, and Collective kids range are all just fruit added so no refined sugar. Alternatively we use full fat natural yoghurt with fruit put in.

FartnissEverbeans · 25/07/2017 23:26

We love the Yeo ones. Natural yoghurt is one of DS's favourite foods! He's also had the Activia ones a few times, and Rachel's Organic.

I just get whatever Greek style natural yoghurt I can - supermarket own brand usually. Sometimes with fruit purer or pieces of fruit, sometimes plain.
