Wearing normal bras after breast feeding

I am stuck. I have recently finished breast feeding and wanted to know how long I need to wait until I can wear normal bras again.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
Angela

can't see why not straight away
i just bought some new nursing bras, son 6 months, from blooming marvellous and they recommended an underwire one so can't see the difference
bought 2 by the way and it makes such a difference to how your clothes fit and how you look, ie normal!

Might be worth getting measured again before buying any new ones though.

Second MrsBadger's suggestion, my size/shape has changed out of all recognition since breastfeeding (I was always a 36B and am now a 34DD even though I stopped feeding 18 months ago) so I would definitely recommend a fitting session. Plus the cheering effect of some nice new bras which really fit can scarcely be overestimated!

Thanks everyone. Appreciate the advice. Will be going bra shopping asap. Looking forward to chucking these horrible worn out nursing bras . Bit emotional about not feeding anymore tho. Did it for a year. Seems like my little man is not a baby anymore .
