Breastfeeding in this bloody heat!!

I'm currently breastfeeding twins and the added heat of two sweaty babies and a massive feeding pillow is driving me crazy. Anyone have any tips to stay cool whilst breastfeeding?

Put a muslin between you and the baby to prevent that sweaty skin on skin feel. Get a fan and keep it aimed at you when feeding.
