My 3m baby won't take a bottle of my milk. Tried quite a few now. Has anyone tried the VitalBaby Airflow Silicone feeding bottle?? I'm trying it as a last resort. Any suggestions would be gladly received. I've tried tommee tippee, lanisoh, minbie. All the recommended bottles for breastfed babies. TIA.

Hi! Sorry you're having difficulty on the bottle front. This may be a stupid question, but have you tried introducing the bottle before your baby is due a feed? I hope you have some luck soon! X

Yeah we've tried almost every trick. Just tried this bottle today but she's not having it. She's far too opinionated 🙈 I'm all out of ideas.

Oh god! My little girl is 11+5, and I tried the lansinoh bottle last week, which she took very first time, so I was very lucky. But I BF her all day and night, just the one bottle before bed which my other half does (unsuccessfully because she will only take the bottle off me) so that may be your next challenge! I've got a huge stock of tommee tippee, which she hates 🙈😂. I know aptamil do a breast milk sub, maybe a little of that in a bottle? My friend really struggled with getting her little girl onto a bottle as well. Breastfed babies definitely are fussy, aren't they lol🙈😂

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to persevere. It would be nice to be able to pop out now and again without baby. Even just to the shops. But then again. Not the end of the world if I can't get her to take a bottle. It won't be long before she can have a sippy cup and some solids so in the grand scheme of things...!! I'm enjoying every minute of being a mummy so I won't complain. X

Fair play to you! I know exactly how you feel, only my partner and I know that she's taking a bottle. It's hard enough watching my partner do it! It's such an intimate experience... like you said, before you know it they'll be holding it themselves, and won't want any help 😔 It breaks my heart already 😩 They grow so quickly!! I wish I could just freeze time at this moment x
