Expressed breastmilk-how long out the fridge?

I can't find an answer anywhere as to how long expressed milk that has been refrigerated straight away after pumping, lasts when taken out of the fridge.

Does anyone know? Midwife isn't due to visit again until later on in the week.

I think it's 6 hours at room temperature

Yes, I thought 6 hours too.

I'm sure I was told 6 hours at room temp, 6 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.

Congratulations on the new baby 💐

6 hrs at room temp. There's good info on kellymom website.

Thank you.
6 hours +- depending on room temp is what I suspected. But then I was unsure as everywhere seems to quote 6hours for freshly expressed milk and not specifically milk that has been previously refrigerated.

Breast milk seems to last much better than formula.
