Any tips? DD2 opens wide but seems to curl her lips inwards rather than spalying them out. I sometimes unlatch her or I adjust her lips while she is on

If you gently flick her top lip as she starts to close that should make her open her lips/mouth wider.

But I'll bump this for tiktok who'll be far more specific than me.

You could also trying the Association for Breastfeeding Mothers

margo, how old is your baby?

Lip curled outward can be one of the signs all is well, but I have seen loads of babies feed without problems and with their mothers pain-free and the lip is not curled outwards.

If everything is ok, you are comfortable, your baby is happy and thriving, and feeding without a fuss, then a text-book latch is not important

She's 13 weeks, she does seem more content once I have adjusted her lips
