Expressing getting hardly any milk. Worth carrying on?

Dd is 16 months and I've expressed since she was born.
I was expressing every four hours until the start of march when I began to reduce it and since I dropped the middle of the night expressing the milk has reduced and reduced and now I'm expressing four times a day and only getting 14oz overall.

Is it worth carrying on? Will the supply come back if I start expressing in the night again or is that it now?

I am no expert but if you still have milk then you should be able to increase your supply.

If you haven't already done so, look at Kellymom website. I believe you can increase supply , lots of pumping / Expressing, lots of skin to skin with LO if you can (if not keep smelling their clothes) and keep hydrated. Google power pumping too

My dd is 16 months now though...she doesn't really want to do skin to skin and she doesn't smell like a little baby now! She smells of hot cross buns, bananas and mischief!

Will try insressing pumping again when ds back at school. It's so hard to fit in more time to do it when he's at home too...

Look at power pumping, that increased my supply after a few days. Think kellymom has an article on it.
