You don't need to worry a bit - if you are alarmed by the prospect of a tiny amount of alcohol in the breastmilk, just leave 1 to 1.5 hours per unit from the time you start your 5 drinks....so if you drink these in a period of say, 3 hours, starting at say, 7.30, then your milk will be alcohol free by about 2 pm...but if you fed him at midnight, the amount of alcohol there would be even tinier!

Where did your HV get her 12 hours from???

There is a ton of stuff about alcohol in the archives, as lots of people have discussed it....have a look

I was here to post a link too!
Tiktok - you have multiple stalkers!

Littlefish · 07/03/2007 12:56

Oh Debsy, shame on you! They're really easy once you know how, and I'm just the person to teach you.

First, copy the address of the page you want to link to. (ctrl c will do it)

Then, type \

Then, type link

Then, type {

Then, paste the page address (ctrl v will do it)

Then type \

Then write your message which will become the link

Then type }

Go on - you know you want to!!!!!

Have a go here and I'll be back to give you a huge cheer!

ermm ill have a go later ds just woken up

Littlefish · 07/03/2007 13:07

Part of it is perfect. However, you haven't copied and pasted the whole address in. The address for this page looks like:

www.mumsnet.com/Talk?topicid=1364&threadid=288825#scaddmsg

The easiest way to do it is to open an new explorer screen, go to the page you want to copy. Then, copy the address by pointing on it with you mouse and clicking. Then either do "edit, copy" or "ctrl c".

gigglinggoblin · 07/03/2007 13:09

thanks for sending tiktok over girls

Littlefish · 07/03/2007 13:09

The mothercare address looks like this:

www.mothercare.com/gp/home.html

So you would do

\link{ www.mothercare.com/gp/home.html \here}

Mine won't turn into a link because I put a couple of extra spaces in so you could see the whole address thing.

Debbsyandson · 11/03/2007 13:41

thanks littlefish
